Training & Background

I trained with the Clifton Practice - a National Council of Hypnotherapy accredited training school where I gained my Diploma in Solution Focused Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy and the externally validated (NCFE) Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma. 

Since then, I have undertaken further study attaining my Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy and Levels 1 & 2 in EFT Training.

Before that, I spent many years working in banking with all of the long family-unfriendly hours that went with it. Workplace stress in abundance too.  By the time I left the City, I knew without doubt that the part of my role I found most rewarding was people management  (not the banking parts unfortunately!) where I could work with others to help them achieve their potential.

I have also always been interested in resilience - why does one person cope with what the next person can't? And wouldn't it be great if we could all unlock whatever "superpower" lies behind it? I'll let you into a secret - there is no superpower - it's all you. Sometimes we just need some help to rediscover or unlock those abilities. And that for me is the most enjoyable part of this therapy.

I currently practice online and from the conveniently located Clarendon Therapy Centre in Stockbridge.
