In this session we discuss what you would like to achieve and how hypnotherapy may help you. I will also give you a relaxation recording to listen to at home.

The number of hypnotherapy sessions you will need will depend on your specific goals and circumstances and we will agree this together.

If you prefer to buy a package of hypnotherapy sessions I offer the following discounts:

3 sessions £210 (saving of £30)

6 sessions £420 (saving of £60)

I am a CNHC Registered Practitioner, so you may be able to be reimbursed for part of your sessions, please check with your provider for full details. The CNHC states that Medicash, Westfield Health, Health Shield, Elect, and Paycare recognise CNHC registration for this purpose.

If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
